Solution: No-code AI development platform

We launched the Agentic AI Playground, a no-code platform that empowers associates to create, test and share AI agents. Built for usability and security, the platform ensures users comply with responsible AI principles and Information Security policies and includes:

Intuitive interfaces that make AI agent creation accessible to associates across all roles and technical backgrounds
Secure enterprise integration through Model Context Protocol (MCP) with ServiceNow-managed onboarding
Shared Teams channels where colleagues collaborate, swap ideas and co-develop agents across departments

Associates can now develop agents that streamline document review, draft generation, testing workflows and daily operations. The Agentic AI Playground positioned AI as a practical productivity tool, resulting in:

Active innovation: 100+ agents were built and deployed and have been executed 500+ times
